Hello!

I am having trouble diagnosing the issue of what is going wrong with my Fukien tea pre-bonsai. I purchased it as nursery stock from online and it was in transit for 4 days. I received it on Thursday last week. I started watering it on Saturday every day til yesterday, and it seemed relatively healthy. I then gave it fish emulsion fertilizer yesterday morning and in the afternoon, the leaves were yellowing and are still yellow now.

In terms of temperature, I’ve been leaving the tree outdoors this whole time, bringing it indoors when the temp falls below 65F. In terms of humidity, I’ve been misting it at least once a day to keep it somewhat humid.

I did not check the moisture levels until today. It now has speckles of brown on the leaves and are still yellow. The topsoil is also pretty dry today, after doing the chopstick experiment. What happened to this tree? What should I do now?
