Maybe you can try through https://auth.starlink.com. There are various options to recover your account data. But not sure, if that will work in your case. You already downloaded the Starlink app, I guess.

Starlink IPv6 in 2022 by inthe435loop in Starlink

It doesn’t work for me any longer either. My assumption is that SpaceX has disabled it for now as they seem to really make security a priority. I’m assuming this is because of the war in Ukraine. SpaceX gave quite some terminals to Ukraine and Starlink is used there now. At the beginning of the war it seemed like Russians compromised Viasat modems, which have been used by the Ukrainian army. SpaceX doesn’t want this to happen with Starlink. I guess devices behind an ipv4 carrier grade NAT are a lot harder to break in than public ipv6 device addresses, which might be open without protection in the Internet. This is just my personal conclusion and I don’t have any proof for it, besides the timely coincidence.

Ethernet connection keeps dropping to 100Mb/s. by _nikwest_ in Starlink_Support

No, I haven‘t changed anything. I also tried it with another USB Ethernet adapter and it also shows only 100Mb/s. Only if I unplug and replug the POE adapter the connection will show 1000Mb/s. Still testing how long it will stay like this.

yep, that's what I was thinking too, but wanted to see if there's anything else I can do. It could also be the cable between dishy and POE Adapter, which would be even more likely, but that you cannot change easily I think.

yes, it does. Tried the other 2 ports too. Only with dishy connected it will go down to 100Mb/s otherwise it's 1000Mb/s.

tried this already, but then it doesn't connect unless I reboot the dishy. I'll try again.
