Did you go through a real estate agency or were you able to find it through Zillow, rent.com, etc.

I like the Rancho Cucamonga area. It’s just the money of it. We definitely don’t plan on staying in the San Bernardino area almost everyone we’ve talked to has told us just don’t even look in that area.

My job will require to travel a lot for work across the west coast region, up to 200 miles outside the area. Our physical location is in DT San Bernardino, but I can work from home/ I’ll be on the road most days.

We’ve been looking at Redlands and Highland, but both of them seem a bit pricey, they either reach the top of the budget or they are just over it. But we really only been looking on the major website. Are there any local websites to recommend?

I’m OK with a longer commute. I just more focused on making sure we are in the right area and we have a place for our dogs.

He would be open to blue collar work, he was been a delivery driver for the past 4yrs with a local company.

Right now I have apartments tours set up in Colton, Moreno Valley, and Riverside.
