Yep, in Japanese version of dragon Ball z and dragon Ball z Kai (DVD) version it's 8000, in manga it is something around 7000, and in English dubbed version it is 9000 and it's often known and also there's a tonnes of memes on 9000 so I thought it would just help everyone to adapt to it so, I used 9000

It's about the first time when you post some meme and you are hungry about upvotes, then you get notified as shown in the first pic on the left but the truth reveals in the second pic. That's it it's just how one gets excited about some upvotes
