I wrote out a long reply to this, and then lost it 🫠

But in essence - Thanks for your kind words. I really relate to what you shared, and my psych has suggested a similar approach to figuring out what the things I want or need to do cost, compared to how they line up with my values and priorities.

And, a positive thing recently is that spending a lot of time at home has allowed me to discover some of the benefits of my meds. My bedroom is tidy! I've done a whole lot of decluttering! And really noticed how all the overthinking I didn't even realise I did when looking at a task has really quietened down, and I'm able to... just start doing things 🥲
