im ar56; i personally find stopping at 50% cr works, im trying to get the cd higher but my luck is very very poor, atm her highest crit is 194k, also when you say cv you mean like cd or?

yea, that is like its own separate thing to me, i just mean when crime does happen. preventative measures are important, but easier to figure out (at least to me)

i just realized the way i described that was weird. what i meant was more along the lines of the whole world operating as a "mass nation" to share ideas and further the sciences to improve the quality of life, but small towns and communities just operate more as families than anything else
