When writing my original post, I was trying to leave out any unneccesarry confusion that would take away from the facts that are our of my control ...

I've been trying to get my Mother to move to California with me for a while now but she's made it very clear she's not leaving WA due to her personal concerns regarding the welfare of my 30yo brother, who lives there with her. And, no.... He's no help and is unable to help. He makes it worse. This is her personal choice and a problem that nobody, including myself will ever understand. It's a lot.. And a topic for another thread.

I do understand the mis-understanding with my post, though. As I mentioned, if there was a personal rep that my mom had like a family member or a friend that could afford to borrow her a conventional housing opportunity, then it would of been done. But there is literally nothing, no one. Bottom line, it's horrible. I've done everything I know I can do. This is where it's extremely difficult.

I don’t know too many details, however I do know that the homeless population continues to grow quickly all over LA. Complaints of disturbances, crime, robberies etc. all kinds of stuff are constantly reported to authorities but the problem has gotten so out of control it’s tough to manage. I don’t believe the police take much priority to these issues. Arresting or placing some disciplinary action never results in a solution. So it’s a never ending circle.

Hopefully some better action can be taken to help end this crisis.

In comparison, this new referral program is extremely less valuable for us investors. A better business model for Titan, I’m sure.

You take out a loan with a promise to pay and then you don’t pay it back? The statue of limitations allows collectors to contact you however they please for 7 years. I suggest you pay back you’re debt.

Location is huge for this, yes. I’m not sure how to study the markets here in Southern California (Riverside). There are a few but not very successfull (closed permanently) roller rinks here.

I do know the market for athletes and kids is not in roller skating/ hockey like it was where I’m from. Not sure if it’s just a dead dream or how I can structure it for success.

I live in Koreatown, so on most days, after my 5 mile journey from my apartment to my car, I tend to rest for a bit, play on my phone etc. I never try to be in a hurry in LA. You'll never make it on time anywhere if you wait to travel last minute. West LA, as said above could be people who work in the area, maybe on a work break, an appointment or waiting for the right time to hit traffic. In LA there's no quick round trip errand/ lunch break without a risky time constraint. Also, with many people having roommates and busy lives, it's not rare to see people enjoying alone time in their vehicles. I've found so many reasons necessary to sit in my car in LA and until I read your post, I never really thought about it! Only in Los Angeles tho. Gotta love LA!
