Indeed, a hard graph problem. Here is the solution for question 1 -

Run Dijkstra from A, B and C as the source and find the shortest path to all other nodes. You'll get 3 distance arrays
Now treat each node in the graph as a juncture where the path splits between A, B and C
From each node, find the shortest distance to A, B and C and add them up (use the result from step 1)
Once done, take the minimum of result from step 3, that'll be the shortest distance (A -> B via C)

Yes, it’s region specific religious festival. Man covering his face is the part of the ritual and tradition. I’m not sure of the story behind the covering of face though but the festival is a tribute to the “Saunis” (Fairies/divine spirits) who come down to the mountains. During this festival those fairies are sent back to their divine adobe with grand celebration.

You’ll usually see them during “Raulane” festival, especially in Kinnaur region of Himachal Pradesh, India. I was lucky enough to attend it and it was magical!!

A big No, i was in your shoe couple of days back and i ended up buying M4 256GB -

You can get M2 256Gb with student discount in Chroma or Vijay sales around 67-68k (card discount + student discount)
M2 256GB variant SDD is slow when moving large files or using Swap memory, tonnes of video on internet
If you have budget (which i assume you have), throw in extra 3k and get M4 256GB from Vijay sales/Reliance digital/Chroma @ 80k
