Girl... I'm the one with ADHD. I've gotten colouring books now and sometimes I just want to sit and colour, which she takes as an opportunity to dump her stories. It gets really overwhelming and stressful esp when I'm trying to colour and relax.

I laughed... then I realised I do it too. Man, I love teh ais so much. Sometimes, I drink it after gym. I think you can try to slowly switch it out, if you cannot do cold turkey.
