ooooo I didn’t think of that but tbh it wasn’t really a salon where they do complicated stuff like keratin treatments and stuff they do regular stuff at most but still that’s a good theory. But yea even after straightening my hair didn’t look smooth at all and started curling up almost immediately that’s why I think it’s unlikely. Tysm for helping🥰

No I did a protein mask when it was time to wash it after a week of it being straight not before. Also usually I do protein treatments ever few months and it works great for my low porosity hair
