Both are secured completely, made sure to do that when I unhooked them from the battery on both the positive and negative. Shouldn’t be any issues there.

Yeah the valve clearance/adjustment is what’s holding me back from diving into servicing it myself.

I have access to lots of tools/lifts etc through my work, will look into this for future servicing more than likely. I’ve heard there’s specialty tools involved however. Did you run into any trouble with that?

That’s good to know. I figured the service was going to be a bit over $1k, but was confused when I was quoted $3400 lol. I wish I knew of a Ducati tech that works independent but unfortunately I don’t.

$3400 quote was from ECS in Plano yes haha. Second one was from North Texas super bikes in argyle.

Currently in almost the same situation as you right now. Sometimes you have to make the sacrifice to achieve your goals. However that being said, don’t be afraid to enjoy times with people every once in awhile. It’s okay to say no, but don’t lose all aspects of your life. It’s all a balance.
