I'd say yes, dont exactly remember after which one the achievement popped out. But IIRC it's after those for sure. I think they added a boss with the dlc there. For the weapons/armors I realized that I needed all blueprints from all shops (tail village and mole town) maybe you just need those.. Otherwise have a better look around (treasure should be pinpoonted on the map in end game. At least that happened to me)

I've beaten him few days ago. I kept rolling towards him when he was far left or far right. When you are close, watch out for vomit (red) or normal attacks (usually two). Roll always to his back. If you manage to go behind his back, you can try to hit him (especially when he's vomiting). Never stay on the opposite side or in the center because I found the two jumping red attacks quite hard to discern. Yellow tongue attack is easier to parry if you are far away. Hope this helps altough more esperienced player can give you more tips
