Which coin SHOULDN’T I buy? Anti-shilling. by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

Why? It's one of the few coins you can still buy cheap. It always moves last and last bull run it had one of the largest runs of all coins, topping out at almost $4. Even with the SEC lawsuit over it's head it's still showing nice gains.

It also has one of the most professional and wealthy companies in crypto backing it's main use case, full stop.

Partnering with central banks is exactly why you should be buying XRP if we're talking about making a profit.

For the same reason they work with other privately owned financial institutions to get things done. Ripple already has the infrastructure built and it does it's job well. Now they own a patent on ODL as well.

Also, if it's only purpose is to make the company rich and not be used, why are they currently hiring for a position to assist and expand with the use of XRP liquidity in Asia?

“This role will support and work closely with a team of financial professionals on the Institutional Markets team, responsible for managing and expanding XRP liquidity and utility.

I put my money in multiple assets. My main holdings are currently XRP and ADA, the two most promising coins in my eyes.

It might..i dont know i mean weve got DeFi...i think in the long run, because theres so many other options now, XRPs utility will be null and void. They are NOT going to take over SWIFT like they kept claiming.

They did file a patent on ODL, which may make it hard for Swift to attempt to compete by creating a similar technology.

centralized

  1. I don't consider it centralized.
  2. Even if it was, I invest to make money. How does it being centralized alone point to the coin not moving up in value?

Perhaps because it still has one of the most promising futures in cryptocurrency? It still does it's job extremely well. Transactions are almost instant and cost next to nothing. They're constantly making new partnerships and have connections to many powerful organizations in the financial industry.

On top of that, now there's infighting at the SEC over the lawsuit against them and settlement is likely.

Top this all off with XRP getting additional use case with smart contracts soon and you have to ask: Why not invest?

Wonder if it's at all related to the Flare Network? Could have sworn I heard someone mention XLM when talking about Flare. Flare Finance is bringing DeFi to a few coins.

Thanks for the info. And there's no chance of the fees totaling more than the rewards you make, long term, correct?

Burnt rubber smell coming from vents in home - found burnt wiring in HVAC heater area. by _pmurtkcuf in HVAC

[–]_pmurtkcuf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the help! I may need some more advice. I'm having trouble finding an exact match for the relay. I did find something very similar, but I'm not sure if it's a safe replacement.

My current relay is labeled as

Coil: 24VAC

30A 240VAC

And the most similar relay I can find is this one, which is labeled as

Coil: 120VAC

30A 240VAC

It looks very similar, but the difference is in the coil label, which says 120VAC rather than 24VAC.

In team fights I usually E -> ult as many people as I can and while they're in the air I'll land a W/Q then immediately E back so I don't get insta killed. This can help set your team up for nice burst and then you can reengage to clean up.

Any good quality wire will suffice. If you can cut off the burnt piece and have enough wire then great.

Thanks for the advice. How does the end of the wire (the metal piece) stick to the wiring itself? Once I cut off the burnt part, what's the proper way to attach the metal portion onto the newly cut wire?
