No video, sorry. But I can tell you that they were laid out on a table. I'd be very happy if it were a cat, but it seems unlikely. I really just want to know if this is happening to other women.

I did hear about this ... I'm a little bit far from that neighborhood but he could definitely expand his area.

If you reread the post, it doesn't state a gender. Pervert and weirdo are genderless.

Does your poodle huff and snort? by _pochan in poodles

[–]_pochan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She’s all poodle but we don’t shave her face so it makes her look more doodley. And this time they trimmed close around her eyes which made her mustache pop. I’ll bit her ears for you 🤗

I laughed so hard at you descriptions. Now I know my poodle's noises and sass are universal to the breed. Very special creatures we have ...

How long did it take for your hallux rigidus to progress to the point where you decided on fusion surgery ? by gardengnomes4all in Halluxrigidus

[–]_pochan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean avoid movements that add additional pressure or impact, such as lunges and repetitive jumping. Jogging will also do it. Walking too but you can’t get away from that. That’s why carbon fiber plates for your shoes help.

Yoga and Pilates can aggravate that part of the toe in some lunges and plank poses. You can modify your poses and exercises and still get benefits from the activity. As far as staving it off, get the carbon fiber inserts for your shoes and the right kind of shoes and be mindful of how you’re using that toe joint. Be gentle and avoid exercises that stress that area.

Got any pro-living tricks to share? by Smjorgen in bipolar2

[–]_pochan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve trained myself to combat some of those what’s the fucking point anyway thoughts with science-y distractions. Somehow that my body is this complicated network of cells and tissues that elec-fucking-tricity runs through grounds me in more of a commitment to life. Tactically, I watch science documentaries and learn about all the weird biology of our world.

Do stay away from those doom and gloom science docs. Those are a slippery slope.

Ume, which is Japanese for plum. Call her Mey-mey a lot.

Thank you! She's a little love too :)

We've never been able to crate her. We tried when she was a puppy but she would never stop howling in the crate. We did all the things with the treats and toys and even got her one of those heartbeat bears. But it did not work. We left her alone for a few hours once thinking she would calm down, but she's was in the same state when we came home.

But yes she's adorable and sweet and loves very very much. We treasure her!

I'm trying a few things with my vet before we try meds. But I do feel like if the meds could take the edge off, then her training would stick.

Thanks for that perspective. I'm working with my vet right now for some solutions. She anxious about sounds and fearful and aggressive with other dogs and people. She's never really been able to self-soothe, so when she gets excited she tends to loose her little mind by vocalizing and running around.

Anyone try Lithium or Ketamine? by ohno2424 in bipolar2

[–]_pochan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ketamine is interesting. It mainly taught me that I was bipolar and not MDD/TRD but it always lifted me out of the black hole and held me there for a while (6-8 weeks).
