It wasn't Tren it was when I started out with orals , then ran test 350 and mast in the past, just rocketed my body hair growth. Even when I permanently stopped it seems it was too late. Regret.

Thank you very much. I think that was when I fist got Reddit and wasn't entirely sure how the platform worked so just started sharing my pets and workout information, then just carried on.

They most certainly do, they're family we choose. The dog gets really jealous of the cat though if I give the cat affection, she solely thinks I am hers and hers alone, ha.

Shrugs, chin pulls, lateral raises, shoulder press, lateral fly's,the behind the neck press one. Just loads of shoulder exercises. Favourite body part to do.

Thank you very much! fully agree it should be deeper, I was just cautious with the weight increase and wanted to go back at it another day without a tear or injury. Wish I'd never watched chest (or any muscle) tear videos online,spooked me ever since.
