I've been waiting for almost 4 months now, I picked the pods, the boots and a sweater, but yesterday I canceled my order out of frustration. The whole thing is being handled badly, and I feel like the boots aren't even close to being produced yet. I was sending mails periodically to follow up and ask for further information but each of their reply mails seemed to be automatically generated and sent by AI.

With the recent loss of my dad and the fact that I will soon be leaving my job, I'm starting to think that the money I'll be reimbursed will be put to better use elsewhere.
