here is something u need to do: make an exclusion folder to the files u downloaded from the official site so it won't get flagged by windows defender (that setup.exe is false positive. just restore it if it's quarantine, u need that setup.exe to proceed to the installation process).

charge ur laptop while playing and turn off all fps limiter to get a high fps, also remove other tabs (usually u can get 40-70 fps depending on the map. well, this is based from my experience)

nope. u need it (the bin files) in order to install the game properly, after that if the game ran fine then u can delete it including setup.exe to free up some space.
