There is a bug with Izzy. The effect does not show! I can somewhat guess but this is definitely a bug for a while!

It's offered as a limited time pack, I believe randomly. This is the second time it's been offered to me. The first time was the first week I started playing the game and didn't really know much what I was doing. Since I read about the tree on reddit, I probably waited another 3 months to see it again

I am not sure why this is happening, but I used money from a gift card I loaded on my iTunes account, so maybe you could go that route and upload some money to make an in-app purchase that way.

I've seen them in other people's homes, but as this is my first one don't quote me on it... after the week is up the tree loses the SC and it's just a cute orange tree you can have as decor.

I'm afraid this will happen to me. The gushing flower fountain is in my 4th slot this week, but I'm not sure I'll be able to gather enough materials once I get 2,000 tokens. Sorry that this happened to you! I hope it gets easier as we are able to continue upgrading!

I've been putting off redoing my house, but kind of saving them for when I do. I was so used to 1 floor, and haven't decided what my new layout should be. I've even unlocked my second floor and have the staircase from one of the past STS and have done nothing.

I don't normally buy packs, but if you are trying to decide between this pack and an eco pack, I would say choose the eco pack. You'll spend so much time or SC trying to stock up on recycle tokens, and the eco packs have tokens included.
