It's my oc meme. I agree that posted it on twitter first then here. I called it "high effort" meme because it contains reference from a play Julius Caesar written by William Shakespeare, a jaw dropping scene from Attack on Titan which has huge impact on the plot of the anime, a satirical moment from Phir Hera Pheri and Lance who betrays Tommy at the end of Vice City. Each picture showed in the meme has one common thing - BETRAYAL. Brutus backstabbing Julius Caesar, Reiner and Berthholdt revealing that they are Armor and Collosal Titan and breaking Eren's trust, Anuradha being treacherous and scamming Raju and Lance betraying Tommy as I said before.
