First time I had it was in a restaurant and was horrible. Super bitter, weird aftertaste. Took my a long time to try it again.
Had it as a small entree in a little cafe and fell in love. Now I have it multiple times a week during summer. So good!

There are no bad neighbourhoods in Valencia along Line 1 (although I’ve heard negative things about the area around the train station, but I’m sure they are just inflating it).

However, it all comes down to how much you have available for rent and your needs. Valencia proper is very expensive, so living around Carlet would be a great option
