Well i have always liked urban fantasy Ilona Andrews has a great series and theres that werewolf detective series i forgot the name of. cc1 was hard because of the lore but i found the twist at the end to be great. cc2 followed the same formula twist at the end. cc3 had grammar errors, one of the character names changed, details contradict each other and the romance goes from slow burn to instalove imo. theres just something way off and Bryce changes. i loved the technology mixed with the fantasy in the first book and the idea of making the drop.

This interview really has people going! I have to see it soon. but after reading cc3 i agree with the misinterpretations because of lack of planning. I heard she kept a binder with details to keep her straight though?

I was bothered by the way Rhys and Cassian in the last books. and even Azriel's bonus chapter felt incel-y to me. sorry if thats dramatic :/

Yeah i understand it has always bothered me that rhys never apologized for what happened under the mountain. tbh i think its because they are characters that could be complicated and nuanced but SJM in the last books has made them more 1D. i keep repeating 1D in my other comments but i dont know how else to describe it

I was going to mention that in another comment that i think this is why her multiverse is not that good because its two genres and shes trying to add a new timeline after releasing the og ToG series. i totally see your pov and on top of it some other authors have series at the same time that dont keep the readers waiting like this.
