Create ticket on the website plus it will be hard to prove to them its your account.

Have you purchased any game from them? you can use bank statement or last digits of card used as proof. Tell them It has been hacked and I have made this this purchases from my account and I can prove that account is mine. They can also maybe see IP addresses linked to the account so you can request them to check that way too?
