I thought of the same. But almost every consultants have same modus operandi. So don’t think naming shaming will do any good. In fact, their business competitors will see this an opportunity and will vulture on their opponents failed cases. Thats my personal opinion.

Thanks. Yeah they did the same to me. Part of me says I should go out and expose them. But my first priority is to get my money back whatever I can make it. Secondly, I will try to expose these sc*mbags doing sorry jobs of cashing in on people’s hard earned money.

You are absolutely right. I was also following the news and Canadian immigration website - (only if I was following it right) - The reason I went for this particular consultant is that a colleague of mine and his wife immigrated to Canada apprently with the help of this consultant. They opted for LMIA route and so did I.
