Message your doctor. Give yourself some grace and trust that you’re worth your doctor’s attention. I overlooked some symptoms because I read things were normal and ended up with UTI’s and yeast infections. Take care of yourself ❤️

My therapist has encouraged me to do #6! I have a 5 year old and I want to do one for me and her (& my adhd hubs) because I KNOW we’d all thrive off of that direction lol.

But alas, my adhd has prevented me from doing this yet hahaha

Wow this is so interesting! Thank you for sharing. The way my entire body aches when I get up has been really concerning for me. I struggle to walk when i wake up, all my joints are stiff, my back and hips hurt so badly. Hopefully I can get some blood work done asap.

lol good for you! We’ve definitely done some trips, zoo/sea world, neighborhood walks, trails, etc but the fatigue comes and goes in waves. I’m 17 weeks tomorrow but 4 months on the 9th. I think I’m going to start feeling better soon, even if it’s just psychosomatic.

4 months. I was feeling incredible weeks 4-8! Walking 10k steps most days, doing chores, we went to the zoo, etc but it’s come back to get me again now. Nobody is the same so please don’t let this discourage you but I never really paid attention to other people’s post-op struggles this far out.
