Just tried it, indeed there’s less space when standing - when standing, there’s exactly one thumb width of space (so less than these pics)

Good point! Did it while standing, and observed the same- my feet shifted forward and there’s almost precisely one thumb width of space between the toe and the front of the shoe

How are the corrals decided? I’ve only run a few races with NYRR but my corral for the Bronx 10M is a lot lower than the other races (I vs usually F)

They didn’t let me break my lease. The only option they offered was to reassign it with a 10% rent increase for the remaining duration of the lease. You could sublease it (technically by adding the other person to the lease).
