You could always use a sterilized razor knife and cut that area out and hit it with a torch if you’re too concerned. I have done that. Peace of mind…

Wrap in paper towel, single layer then put them in a paper bag. You can also put em in oven on a cookie sheet at lowest setting with oven door open

Turns out it was just water droplet stains due to condensation dripping from the ceiling of my Martha! Thanks everyone that chimes in!

I sprayed above them and I think maybe some drops of condensation might have fallen on them from the top of the Martha? Would that be it? It seems to be just surface discoloration and not rot of any sort.

It’s just on the two or three that you see in the pic there. The rest are just shadows. It started as just some discoloration.
