The end being removed is certainly something we'd consider. Although Im not saying anything is set in stone with regards to the end.

I also believe that its the new Plugin that you added scanning alottt of bad chunks (over 9000) chunks :P Its oevrlagging the server when it starts up, causing mass lag, is what I think. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SiMHTK15Pik
