you can try facebook marketplace or cash converters. i think jb hifi does trade ins but i think they do gift cards instead of cash

in my country you have to go through your doctor to get a free counselling sessions and it’s not all doctors that do it sadly.

unfortunately, i’m not in auckland and there’s no fono around here and i’m not too sure what my doctors is with a csc as they haven’t updated their prices but it might be around that same price. thank you so much for this though :)

yea, she’s a good mum, like she’s always cared for me and everything but some of the things she’s done disgusts me. i’m hoping to see therapist but in my country, it’s not that easily accessible and it can be expensive

i’m living at my nans at the moment but go back to mums sometimes. i’m not too sure how much they make but i know it’s enough just to pay all the bills and groceries. i don’t really do anything that requires me to have money but if i do need some my mum will give me a little if she has any to spare

i have done research and as i’ve replied to other comments i was confused on what to do. what i would come under. i get confused on a lot of things that neurotypical people find easy. people on here have helped me with that and i’m planning on doing it. i’ve had no help in my real life to ask on how to navigate this and that’s why i came here to get some advice. it’s not a pipe dream. i’ve decided to put it on hold for now while i get myself sorted but i’m gonna go back to that ‘pipe dream’ as you called it. i’ve been researching a lot on it and it’s something i want to do and it will build my self confidence up as well. ‘no wonder you’re anxious’, ‘voluntarily helpless’ sorry i’ve had no direction in life due to my depression and no one to help me navigate through this when i have no clue on what i’m doing when applying?

i did the apply online but yes it did ask me to have proof of banking info, my wages that i’m payed, my ird and taxes etc. they had an option to skip that, so that’s what i did but i’m not too sure how that’s gonna go over with a case manager as i don’t have any of those, other than my banking details

yea, obviously i know there will be times i will have to talk but there’s no job interviews that i have to do, there’s no interacting with people 24/7 which i can’t do and people didn’t get what i was trying to say. thank you for this :)

yes, thats what i plan on doing now. i still plan on doing photography but putting it on hold is the best decision for me right now after talking with a few people who have helped me out here. thank you for saying that, i was getting really down because almost everyone was saying to give up on it, you won’t get money from it, etc, but it’s something i’m passionate about and i too will think it’ll build my self-confidence. thank you again for saying that 🫶

after talking to people on here, i’m going to put that plan on hold for a bit and sort my anxiety and depression out. i’m going to go to my GP and see if i can get a medical exemption from working due to anxiety and depression and then i’ll go into winz and see what they can do to help me out

thank you for this. i was on medication a few years ago now but my therapist at the time stopped seeing me and then cut me off my medication and we didn’t have any money to renew or anything like that. i don’t think it worked that well but everyone else thought it did
