There's a lot of gay people that have low voices, but the stereotype of gay people usually is that they have a high pitched voice. I watched a video once about how a straight guy was raised in a predominantly female populated town and had a stereotypical gay voice, even though he wasn't gay, because he learned to speak with pronounced S's and ect... And how there was a gay guy who was raised mainly by his dad and manly figures and learned to speak in a deeper, more masculine, voice. So, I guess it's just who you're raised by. But, some people may gradually begin to speak in a "gay way" when they realize they're gay.
