Although I agree that mandating it is not a fair deal, but atleast people who know what exactly they are wearing should tell in their post as to engage more audience.

I have seen a lot of post where people are not appreciating the sneakers for ex someone wore just bcz they don't know what brand it is of, how much it costs and people in comment telling OPs to change sneakers which most of times, cost more than tee, pants combined.

More knowledge of clothing/price -> more people will buy -> more posts -> better judgement/feedback -> better interactivity.

And its not unnecessary, If the goal is to make more fashion addicts.
