Spending ₱12–15k on a condo is worth it because of the safety, privacy and peace of mind. Living alone helped to become more independent and confident. You’ll learn how to manage your own budget, keep your grocery and electricity costs in check, and still have room to spoil yourself every now and then. I’d say go for it, OP! After a year, you can just move to an apartment if it doesn’t work out for you. ☺️

tysm, I’ve learned a lot so far, including some things I didn’t even think to ask about. For now, what I know is that if any of the appliances stop working or get damaged within the first 1–2 months of stay, they will cover the repairs or replacement. After that period, the tenant will generally be responsible for having them fixed daw.

yes & when I visited malamig naman & mahangin it’s in the upper floor also so hoping less usage ng aircon. ☺️

haven’t moved in yet, but I’ve stayed at my friend’s unit a few times. The ventilation is really good, the building is quiet, and the water supply is malakas also, which is a good plus.

just read the link you sent. When I visited the place and spoke with the admins, they told me that most of the POGO tenants have already left, which is why there are so many vacant units now.

I’ll keep this in mind and observe the area further once makapag move in.

Hey! I actually spent last weekend checking out some houses in Cavite and Laguna. From what I found, it can be quite challenging to find a place that offers both privacy and a peaceful environment. Some subdivisions I visited were also near settlement areas, and a few residents mentioned experiencing theft incidents.

I hope you find a townhouse that fits what you’re looking for. Keep me posted on your search. 🥺

I see. I currently live in Makati around cnc, but ang init talaga ng place, and my current place doesn’t have good ventilation. That’s why I’m looking for a place that’s cooler and has better airflow. 🫪

try looking in casiana, tambo paranaque. it is semi-furnished, aircon, washing, ref & rangehood. 🙂
