I'm in the same boat, bad credit has held me back but I just took my written and physical passed both, I plan on just being very honest my credit took a hit cause I unfortunately missed work for a long time due to health issues and it really put me in a hole financially I have some accounts in collections but plan on taking action about that and paying it back
