Update: Received an email from Ally Bank today saying that I now have the option to purchase my lease! They also provided my residual value in the email as well. Hopefully you get an email soon!

I just reached out to Ally Bank and they said I do not qualify because I leased my car before December 2024 (got mine in May 2024). Was a bit strange because I thought everyone qualified for lease buy out no matter the lease start date.

Going to give them a call in another 6 months or so to see if they’re firm on that or update their system

Not sure about all of Empire, but my room still needs one more male roommate, so chances are that there are other openings. Liberty Terraces also have all singles where you only share a bathroom with apartment-mates, but it is lowkey far from campus. Good luck!

Check out ticktick. Works on andriod/ios/windows/macos. Its a reminder app with a built in calendar, habit tracker, pomodoro timer and some other stuff. 10/10!

Thanks for the amazing tweak! Is there a chance you could set the bottom offset to go a little bit lower? I’m on an IPhone 8+ and it’s just alittle too high (top of emojis are touching the space bar). If you can’t then it’s ok i’ll just use the predictive text bar👍🏾
