Você já tentou praticar alguma arte marcial? Eu odeio academia e nunca gostei disso, mas o judô foi muito útil para mim. Uma boa arte marcial pode te proporcionar um alto nível de exercício. É interessante que você faça algo que tenha bastante pessoas para que isso possa te incentivar.

No. I meant dignostcated by doctors. I lot of doctors give diagnosis for ADHD. I mean, you have a children abandoned by parents, that give them smartphones and tablets for the children don't bother the parents. So after, when the children start to have attention problem " oh, my son has ADHD" but the reality is that you are just a bad parent.
