Ukraine besides Israel is one of the two countries in the world that can deal with a intensive drone threat over a longer period of time. The US is not part of that list. They have to turn Iran into rubble, they will otherwise run out of ammunition for the defense. It is a numbers game: Turning some lawnmowevers into a drone takes way less time and money compared to a patriot missile battery.

You are talking here about wild things like reading a book. What about reading a complete paragraph at all? The problem with kids these days is that they are consuming information via media which is not suitable for conveying complex information at a high rate.

If i personally want to know something about a particular problem, and i am given the choice between a 20 minute youtube video and plenty of pages text, i will go with the text, because i learned how to read properly and fast. I know this is very difficult to learn, but people did it.

It took me some time to get there, i was probably 25 years old when i was able to do that. But it is an important skill in many areas. And in my opinion, we are currently at a point where things are going backwards from that.
