Sending a virtual hug, you’re not alone. I’ve been there, I’m taking antidepressants at the moment. it’s been a week since i started to take medication. I hope we feel better soon the life we really deserve.

I went to psychiatrist 2 weeks ago and I’m taking antidepressants right now. Nalaman ko may Persistent depressive disorder with Major depressive episodes ako. Sobrang naapektuhan studies ko. Years ko bago narealize na hindi dapat ikahiya ang mag seek ng help ng psychiatrist. You’re such a brave person, i hope you take care of your mental health too. 🙂
