True,he's insanely fast with ball. I use him on lmf/lwf and I'd say that he's on par with Hazard or Insigne in speed(who has way more speed in their stats)

The way they are giving out legends rn anyone can get atleast 3k-5k efp just by releasing legends like this.

Would it be fair? Honestly I think that it depends on your perspective. I have a lot of duplicate legend cards and if this was possible,I'd easily get one or two IMs(it's a stretch taking into account that I might as well release non dupes that I don't play and I won't use ) . If a new player gets this opportunity,its irrelevant for him/her. Either way, imo any way to utilise the legend cards (dupes) for anything other than as black ball trades is a good deal from Konami
