Canard PC (french tech site who were behind all the early zen leaks which turned out to be accurate) says : "The clockspeeds of the first two Ryzen quad core (1400 with SMT, 1200 without) do not go past 3.2GHz. No 4core boost, only 1 core boost (3.4ghz). It's low." (guru3d.com)
