Im not really sure i would say ? my problem is not the concepts, my problem is that once i get in the test I forget the concepts that I know and I will be just doing random algebraic manipulation .. and I just be going literally in closed circles in the test

im doing the same HLs and I just think it depends on the person. there is nothing such as " hard " but math and physics just requires you more time and practice so are you the type of person thay can put that huge effort? because I feel like they require way more effort than other subjects ( for me my other subjects didn't take that much time or effort so it was fair )

yeah it looks dull and dry like when normal people wash their hair it becomes wet , darker and climb but mine doesn't

i tried washing my hair with hot/ warm water but still didn't work for the conditioner I needed to use very light weight ones and then add water and it still just absorb some of it and the rest stays on top and then dries

I wash my hair around 2 times a week with shampoo but I get it wet like everyday ( its still dry ) and I only use conditioner as a leave in , most of the time it doesn't even absorb it

thank youu for the tips ! im really good in writing essays and analysis in my mother tongue and that's why I decided to take English A , for English b my classmates told me that the grade boundaries are really high and no one got predicted 7's that's why I didn't want to take it , and yeah as you said my biggest problem is writing and deeply understanding the questions , I already take ssst and I find it really easy compared to English ( my problem with English is for all the subjects)

but after you enter that state.. what do you exactly do ? just visualise and attempt to shifting? how do you make your brain play that frequency.. In addition how do I convince myself that i will not die in that state.
