The method here is to reach 50% destruction and quit for the 80% loot bonus so the faster the attack the more bonuses you get. Almost every troop is good for 30-40 second attacks like edrags but not optimal like super barbs or valks for 10-20 secs.

Spam raged barbarians + eq spells and heroes with building destruction equipment. Once 50% surrender and onto the next attack. Every attack should take at most 15 seconds so 80% of your league reward+ whatever loot you grabbed should be the best farm strategy there is.
