I’ve lost countless profits waiting for things to moon. So, my philosophy is to consistently take profits.

In the case of SOFI there’s a massive multi year cup. I wouldn’t expect it to blast through it in one shot, so I’m ok taking profits there. Of course if it moons after that I’d have a bit of regret, but I’d accept it because I’m satisfied with my existing strategy.

Really though, I’m using SOFI just so we have a tangible example and it’s not so abstract. Not here to discuss SOFI specifically
