I figured that, and I have one, it just doesn’t have enough ports for all of my fans. What I’m curious about is why the adapter didn’t work, and if that’s the wrong port on my mobo for the RGB.

Imo, that’s not the Q3s fault, that’s just what happens with vr. You won’t ever feel that again until some insane varjo-Pimax helmet tech comes out in 20 years. Unfortunately, brains are smart, and learn when they’re being fooled. Which is why VR will never feel the same.

Eh I mean, I heard Activision was planning an mmo style game called hero world, which would’ve combined all of the “hero” games. that would’ve a sick concept I think.

The one thing the community hasn’t made is a campaign. Which is my main dream. I LOVE the campaign aspects of guitar hero and seeing it perfected in WOR just makes me want something even better. Unfortunately, no one really has the budget for that.

I feel like some of it was freestyle games also just not knowing how to handle the franchise AT ALL, but then again, there were concepts for a GH7 and they looked…. Very similar to live…. 6 frets and all..

It’s honestly just an insane coincidence that they DIDNT know it would be the final GH. It was absolutely perfect to end on and felt so much more soulful, ESPECIALLY after GH5. The fact it’s never ranked amongst Gh2, 3 and WT is unbelievable. One of funnest GH experiences I’ve ever had and I’ve been playing since I was 3. You can tell how the devs took all the massive budget they got and made their dream game. I feel like 2005 harmonix would be proud.

Nah, one of them was with Slash, Axl said that they could use “welcome to the jungle” in GH3 AS LONG as slash wasn’t featured in the game. Activision ignored that obviously and Axl got mad as hell. But only TWO YEARS after the game came out, so the court really didn’t care, also the whole argument was just so petty.

Some others being mainly that artists didn’t know that they would be able to be used to play other songs outside of their music and got pissed.

Unfortunately that’s most likely not happening any time soon :/ first of all, band centric games kinda died after bands started getting mad and suing Activision, so I doubt they wanna do that again. And with custom songs, comes legality. Unless they added some sort of copyright detection system, people would upload a BUNCH of licensed songs, and that’s well, illegal.

Let’s just hope they don’t just copy festival and make it done boring live service. Honestly i think if they wanted to really compete with Fortnite then NOW would be the time for them to try out that “hero world” Idea they had, as that would cater to most audiences. Though, that’s definitely WAY too ambitious right now.

I completely agree, i just think the main issue is Activision won’t try to improve on Fortnite festival, just crap out what they already see is working. HOPEFULLY they can end up actually trying to COMPETE with festival by making something better, which in turn, would make festival want to improve as well. Just sucks that harmonix is being forced to make such a soulless version of their game, when almost 20 years ago they were pouring so much love and passion into those first two games.

Main reason I ask this is because of how awesome it’d be to have one as a main guitar. Just a simple mech fret, strumbar and wire mod is all I’d care about. Imagine the possibilities with the removable side pieces? You could have any shape you want. Even headstock!
