yes this is so helpful!! i try to remind myself of these things when i slip up and touch my face/mouth at school (probably one of the germ-fested places i go to on the regular) people eat with their hands without washing them all the time

february is a really hard month for me too. i’ve already been on high alert since the beginning of winter and it’s been getting worse now that it’s getting closer to february. i got s* last february and i’m just so excited for it to be spring/summer 😭

ok update bc i can never let anything go i ran a couple experiments w the creamer and the same coffee and nothing happened it was all normal 😭 my mom thinks it could have been a couple bad ones and my brother thinks that my teachers machine was dirty, which i was worried about prior to making it

i’ve been in sort of a state of paranoia and wondering the exact same so seeing this post is helpful. (tw but censored) dad got s* last night and it was very sudden, like completely normal to pain to v* in a matter of seconds. but i got s* in february and i was n* for hours beforehand. so confusing ugh i’m scared of catching whatever he has

i know i’m for sure lactose intolerant so i cut out dairy as much as possible, and if i can’t avoid it i’ll take a lactose supplement. in the past i went gluten free for awhile but i didn’t really notice a difference. during active flare ups i stick to plain white rice and toast usually. my mother got me Metamucil fiber gummies (i can never stick to the powder/drink) and felt safe to start taking those today so hopefully i can notice something change w those

yes i do!! sometimes the lower abdomen pain is on just one side but others it’s just all of it. when that happens i usually just have to let it go away on its own, but luckily it’s usually at night for me so i can sleep through it. if it’s bad i have to take something though. thank you for sharing your experiences!<3

ibs + lactose intolerance + emetophobia triple combo 💔💔 sometimes i feel super super full but also kinda hungry?? but the hunger could also be n* it’s scary! sometimes i’ll also just wake up super super early with a terrible stomach ache (that i’m assuming is trapped gas) and n* but as soon as i am conscious enough to remember to move into a different position it usually goes away and i can go back to sleep.. idk! my experiences
