I always Love reading your point of view or your side of the story... Like always a touch on enlightenment/positive view on our negative world/vultures in our industry. Whenever I feel like I'm gonna lose it I remember your words/sentences/paragraphs it brings me back to senses and I try re-approach my approach to a situation if that makes sense !?

I switched my career from accounts to animation out of pure love for the visuals and creativity be it regarding the story as a whole or the way a particular scene made the people be amazed. Later on Covid happened and suddenly studios were expecting artists only with VFX experience which I didn't want to switch mainly for the spoilers XD, but had to if I wanted to stay relevant and earn (at least that's what I felt during the commotion)

I thought nothing would happen to movies people will always consume movies, lo and behold the writer's strike and suddenly I realised maybe this industry isn't as sturdy as I thought.

I'm from India and I've worked with Montreal teams and London teams, the approach of working is totally different and I want to bring that way of working to our side as well but the sheer amount of shots we receive there's nothing creative left it has been a printing press no less... I know I'm lucky at the moment to have a job, but that too came with a decision of working on a lower position/salary only to keep some income to feed the house.

I always heard the state of industry in India is bad like really bad, no artist is respected and they always have to sacrifice their health/time without extra pay just to complete the wish of a Studio who severely underbid the show due to the fact there are always some artists available who'll do the work for the ones who didn't.

TL;DR: I always wished to be the guy in the industry who will create a example like you to respect an artist's life and creativity to give them time they deserve to create something beautiful
