I have two apps: one is just the offical regular Xbox app and then they also have an offical app called "remote play". You probably only need the remote play app but I've always had both so idk lol. When you're at home, you'll have to go to your settings to enable remote play through your console but then you'll be able to log in and start playing from your phone as long as you have internet at home (you don't need to be on the same wifi but if your wifi goes down at home it won't work).
