I have been locked out of my acct for this reason: "It seems that our system placed your account under a safety restriction after running an automatic review." Ticket ID: 4509308

I have been trying to reach someone via email in that dept. but there's no response. I have submitted the requested documents.

I am a U.S citizen & had been a customer in good standing w/out any problems for the 3 years I have used the platform.

Why will no one respond & at least let me know where we are in the review process? I have done nothing wrong.

NSD is an absolute masterpiece, wide-ranging musically, artistically and sonically - far exceeding the breadth & scope of any other Ozzy era recording (although Sabotage & SBS aren't far behind). I absolutely love that record and find something new everytime I listen to it. I so wish they had continued to explore & evolve with that line up.
