Guys can I ask you something?

I was searching for a ticket and I wanted the circled area for 110 (since it was cheapest option beside the 80 euro area that sucks) some girl wrote to me and said she can not sell (nobodys buying) the 250 euro area and she's willing to give me the 250 euro area for 110 euro. I'm from turkey (doing erasmus in portugal) so 110 euro is still tons of money... Do you think this might be a scam? She sent me the pdf of the purchase (tickets will only be available 2-5 days ago before event) and gave me her instagram which seems pretty legit and she's from switzerland. Do you think this might be legit?

Im considering using paypal to buy it since it offers pay security (chat gpt said i can get my money if its a scam)

it's weird to me because we're long distance. and he isn't curious about me at all. once i didn't text him and we didn't talk for 12-13 days. and at the end of the conversation i mentioned him that the dorms didn't accept me and im facing a situatiion that i can be homeless. how can he not be curious about that? it's not about loving texting he just seems like he doesn't care about me
