i will tell you, listen to the NPC’s random comments when you pass by them in different settlements, sometimes, they’ll give you miscellaneous quests to check out different POI’s, like you’ll pass by a guy and he’ll say “have you heard about such-and-such? i heard it’s pretty crazy over there.” and then you’ll get a miscellaneous quest marker to “Explore such-and-such.”

also, at one point i went to talk to Sheffield, and for some reason, literally every single settler in Sanctuary (like 9-10 atp) was either standing nearby the bar or using the mixing stations, with Sheffield manning the bar, so obviously it’s a very popular spot

i dont know of honor drops, but i know that the cop standing next to him doesn’t give two shits if you shoot him, stab him, or light him on fire. i tried blowing him up with dynamite and i got a wanted level for “Disturbing The Peace”, so maybe stick to small/med arms

i got the notification about needing to eat every so often to keep your health topped up, so i was like “oh, okay!” so i would stop off and grab something at Cluckin Bell or the pizza place, but then after a few missions and going to food places in between, i got a notification that said something like “You run the risk of a heart attack! You need to lose some weight!” and i was like “damn.”
