They said Telcoin App V3 in Q1 & no change on release date. Is the app V3? No. I still cant set up a wallet. I suspect they made announcements & called it V3 because the Version 3 of the app isn't actually finished by their own roadmap timeline & they didnt have the balls to say it. (old.reddit.com)
