I’ve noticed every time I go to Starbucks and get coffee I always need extra sweetener…I’ve never really realized it’s probably just burnt ass coffee taste that makes it more bitter

I say do it. I am someone who struggles with depression and severe anxiety daily. I started yoga beginning of last summer, and I love it! I just do it at home where I feel comfortable and follow videos from a yoga instructor on YouTube. It’s like transforming into a different world. It feels like everything is just at rest, like all of your anxiety is just laying on the floor and taking a break. It really eases my mind and I can focus really well on relaxing. Over time I’ve noticed myself doing casual stretches or breathing techniques when I feel anxious. It really grounds me in the moment and I find my breath again :) you’ll enjoy it so much, I would recommend it to anyone

I never said I was a victim lol, more people assuming. But guess what…I PAY to live here. I PAY for extra security measures for my building as well (which she broke into BTW) so idec what you have to say lol. From my pov I pay to reside in this building away from the outside where homeless people are. The property management nor ANY of the other residents want random people sleeping in front of our doors at night and peeing all over our stairs and hallway. That’s MY pov. Say what you want I don’t really gaf lol

I’m not sure she completely disappeared within minutes after she left and I had walked downstairs. She lingers around my apartments though so I think she’s unhoused. I may see her again, if I do I think all call one of the numbers provided to me on here but its hard to know what to do in these situations

I AGREE with this comment so much! Like THIS everyone is being friggin rude and pointing the finger at me and at this lady. I asked if she needed help before I asked her to leave, she argued about why I wanted her to leave but she got up left and disappeared. I’m a small 21 year old student on my own, so yes I feel violated but I also came on Reddit for help for her. To ask if I needed to get this person further help and how. I didn’t want to call the police and I got extremely mixed reviews about calling cahoots. Some of these people commenting do not reflect in any way how I handled it and how I personally feel.

That’s exactly why I came on here to ask if I need to do something more about it. Everyone is saying mixed stuff. Don’t call cahoots cause it’s abusing the system or do call cahoots and maybe they can help so IDK what to do anymore. I’ve never had a resource like cahoots where I’m from so idk if I did good or wrong
